Two ways
to stay.

Take the entire first floor — an independent 3 BHK with its own kitchen, lobby and balcony — or book one of two deluxe rooms for a shorter stop. Both come with air-conditioning, hot and cold water around the clock, power backup, and the run of the pool, gym and restaurant.

The Independent 3 BHK

The whole first floor, and nobody else on it. Three bedrooms open off a central lobby, with a full kitchen at one end and a balcony at the other. Families spread out; groups of friends stop negotiating over who gets the sofa.

Every room is air-conditioned. Hot and cold water runs 24/7, and the power supply is backed up — a cut in the neighbourhood doesn't reach you. Housekeeping comes through once a day.

The Deluxe Rooms

Two rooms, each a self-contained double with an en-suite bath. This is the stay for couples, solo travellers and anyone in Amritsar for a night or two on the way somewhere else.

Same essentials as the flat: air-conditioning, hot and cold water at any hour, backed-up power, and a daily housekeeping round. And the same access to the pool, the gym and the restaurant downstairs.

Pickup & drop

Airport, railway station or bus stand — both ways.

Send us your flight or train number on WhatsApp when you book and someone will be waiting. There is no charge for this, on arrival or departure.

The facilities

All three are open to every guest, whether you've taken the whole 3 BHK or a single deluxe room. No day passes, no add-on fees.

Housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, power backup.

Rooms are serviced once each day. Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, parking is off-street, and the backup keeps everything on through a cut.

Once daily

Housekeeping is once a day, not on call — tell us in the morning if you'd like the room done later.

Heating: the rooms are air-conditioned for cooling, but there are no heaters. Amritsar winters get genuinely cold in December and January, so pack accordingly — we'll send up extra quilts on request.

Access: we're on the first floor and there is no lift, which also means the property isn't wheelchair accessible. If anyone in your party would find stairs difficult, please tell us before you book so we can be honest about whether it will work.

Arriving early? Drop your bags — the pool and restaurant open at 7 am. Leaving late? Tell us; we'll try to hold the room.
